I guess the weather reads my blog.

I ran my faithful old 5k route today, and got my first ever taste of running in a light rain. It was barely enough to make me cold, and the night was relatively mild. The run was unmemorable, aside from being dark and lonesome. Felt good to just go outside and reel in a few miles. I finished up 3.11 miles in 37:37, about a 12 min pace. (GPS Data)

I’m proud that I got back out this week, and this post is just part of that; keeping up with blogging helps me keep up with running and vice versa.

Oh, and a brief plug: Make sure to check out the GPS data for my five most recent runs, now linked on the right hand side of the page. The data shown on the Garmin Connect site is pretty detailed; you can check out my heartrate, pace, and of course, route.
