Last week was a great week. 6.5 miles on the long run 17 miles overall during the week. All my runs felt good, and I’m happy about them. The long run was the best one I’ve had yet.
However, my knee, as mentioned in the last post, has made me miss my first workout of the plan. It’s not the worst thing in the world, and I’ve always taken the approach that I didn’t want to push myself too far, too fast. I’m hoping that a few days off will get my knee back on track. Root for me, and if you don’t see me post a run on Friday, harass me.
